umm the only veggys i like on this list are cucumbers. so i dont think this is going to work out so well for me. oh and also i read that asparagus makes your sweat and pee smell really bad. (just saying)
asparagus cleans out toxins from your body…..that is why sweat and pee smell bad after eating it……great detoxifier and shown that if you eat enough can combat many diseases including cancers…….
