For your information, the following are just a myths:
1) soaking your feet with Apple Cidar Vinegar does not cure nail fungus. I’ve tried this for almost a year 20-30 minutes every night and it didn’t do anything to cure.
2) Putting Vicks Vaporub will only put moisture but will not cure the fungus. I tried this every morning and night for almost 6 months and didn’t do anything. It will only put moisture and that’s it.

A month ago I started using coconut oil morning and night and will have to see the results in a few months.

Thank you so much for all these remedies it really helps us out there especially the younger adults that are quite ashamed about it!!!!!!!!!!!

I have an infected ingrown toenail and will try one of these remedies!
